| 1 | Donations are voluntary and help keep the server running. In return you receive Silk, an in-game currency. |
| 2 | Silk is added to the username you donated for. Make sure the username is correct before you donate. |
| 3 | Silk is a virtual item for use inside the game only. It has no real money value and can't be exchanged for cash. |
| 4 | Please include your username in every transaction so it can be matched to your account. |
| 5 | By donating, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy and the server Rules. |

| 1 | Refund requests are only accepted within 3 days of the donation. No refunds are given after 3 days. |
| 2 | The donated Silk must still be 100% in the username it was added to when the refund is requested. |
| 3 | If any of the donated Silk has been spent, the refund will be declined because the Silk has already been used. |
| 4 | If a refund is approved, the donated Silk is removed from the account. |
| 5 | To request a refund, contact us with your username and transaction details. |
Note: Refund requests that don't meet all of the conditions above will be declined.
