Privacy Policy

When you register we store your username, e-mail address and secret code in the game database, and your password as the game server requires. If you choose to give them, we also store a nickname, country, date of birth, gender, Discord username, WhatsApp number and a profile picture. All of these extra details are optional.

When you register we record that you accepted the game rules, the donation & refund policy and this privacy policy, with the date and the version of each, so we can show what was agreed if a question comes up later.

We use your details to run your game account, to help you when you contact support, and to handle donations and refunds. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers.

A picture you upload is shown on your account and may be visible to other players. Only PNG, JPEG and WebP images up to 1 MB are accepted, and you can remove your picture at any time from your account page.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. If you tick "Remember me", a second cookie keeps you signed in on that device for 30 days. The site may remember your username on your device to fill in the login box. Your password is never stored by the site.

Card and wallet payments are handled by our payment provider. We keep the payment reference, amount and status, but never your card number.

We keep your details while your account exists. Records of payments and of the agreements you accepted are kept for as long as they may be needed to settle a dispute.

You can change or clear your optional details and your picture from your account page at any time. To ask about your data or to have it removed, contact us through the Contact Us page.
