| 1 | You are buying Silk: a virtual in-game currency for Adrenaline Online. Silk is used inside the game only. It has no real-money value and cannot be exchanged for cash. |
| 2 | Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds on the store page at a rate of 1 Silk = 1 L.E. The total you pay includes VAT at the rate shown to you before you confirm the payment. |
| 3 | Silk is added to the account username you bought it for. Please make sure the username is correct before you pay. |
| 4 | Delivery: card and wallet payments are credited to your account automatically, as soon as the payment provider confirms them. Payments arranged manually are credited by a game master once the payment has cleared. |
| 5 | Please include your username in every transaction so it can be matched to your account. If you need help with a purchase, contact us. |
| 6 | By buying, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy and the server Rules. |

| 1 | Refund requests are only accepted within 3 days of the purchase. No refunds are given after 3 days. |
| 2 | The purchased Silk must still be 100% in the username it was added to when the refund is requested. |
| 3 | If any of the purchased Silk has been spent, the refund will be declined because the Silk has already been used. |
| 4 | If a refund is approved, the purchased Silk is removed from the account and the full amount is returned to the payment method it was paid from. |
| 5 | To request a refund, contact us with your username and transaction details. |
Note: Refund requests that don't meet all of the conditions above will be declined.
